St. Augustine unfortunately also believed it was okay to use coersion to keep people in the church, a view that brought along with it much misery. Thank the Lord, the churches reject that view these days, Catholics and most Calvinists alike. |

Notlaw, I was in Ulster one year on St. Patrick's Day, and the Protestants celebrated as heartily as the Catholics. It is a legal holiday in Ulster just as in the Republic to the south. It was a great experience for me! |
