Do Sacraments Save Catholics
	Taking Sacrament is an act of faithfuness to God. The world of God says that if you belive with your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is lord; you will be save. The Catholic practice their confession it may seems redondant and unnecessary, to me it is an act of obidient and many people have being saved through their faithfuness
