The tongues are used for a private conversation between you and God. Not all things can be or should be spoken out loud. When are in your your deepest prayer thoughts and coversations, and totally open to God. This is when I believe you achieve that oneness with Jesus that intercedes for usd with God. You can read all the scriptures you want but, until you open up and have that relationship with him, speaking with "tongues", might not seem possible.
I am a witness of the Holy Spirit using tongues to communicate in private prayer. |
