Heaven Hell Suicide

Josef, peace and grace be with you in the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you so much for your kind answer. I thought Christians were all followers of Christ and since the website is a Christian website, I decided to put down a few passages from the Bible. The Bible passages should not offend any Christian since they interpret themselves with other passages.
I saw many answers on the many different areas on the essentials of the Christian faith, the reason I answered.
So my question to you is:
How does one find out what the ministries rules and standards are? And, does everyone answering know them?

Order Of Salvation

Peace and grace to all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Bible uses the term salvation not only in many senses, but in many tenses. The Bible makes clear in each text in what tense the word save is used. There is a sense in which we were saved from the foundation of the world: we were being saved by the work of God in history: we are being saved by being in a justified state: we are being saved by being sanctified or being made holy: and we will be saved by experiencing the consummation of our redemption in heaven. Salvation is a Divine work, it is accomplished and applied by God. It is of the Lord, it is the Lord who saves us from the wrath of the Lord on the Day of the Lord.

Love wins, peace and grace to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Sorry some believe I am you. My answer to you must have been very wrong, it offended many.
Mark 4:12: "so that, they may be ever seeing but never perceiving, and ever hearing but never understanding, otherwise they might turn and be forgiven"
John 12:40: "He has blinded their eyes and deadened their hearts, so they can neither see with their eyes, nor understand with their hearts, nor turn and I would heal them"
Jesus had just told the disciples He was leaving them, to walk in the light because, "he who walks in darkness does not know where he is going"

Josef, peace and grace to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I believe it was not a good idea for me to have asked you about John chap. 3:16. My answers seem to offend others. Thank you for your kind answer. I will just keep reading the answers of others on all the topics of the Bible.

Lidia, peace and grace to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I was very moved by all of your answers. I will only be reading the answers everyone gives from now on, it seems to me I have offended many already, I sure do not want to bring division in the body of Christ. Thank you for your kind responses. James tells us,
"My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience"
So I pray for you that God's grace will continue to abound in your life, till the day He comes to bring us home to be with Him. The Lord richly bless you always.

Love W, after hearing what you had to say, there is a passage that kind of speaks on what you were trying to say in a few words, and it is found in the book of 1 Corinthians chap. 1, verse 18, Paul speaking to the church of God which is at Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus,
"for the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God."
Those perishing are already deceived and will never believe the message of the cross.
Is that what you were trying to say? hope I'm right.

Love Your Enemies

love wins, you have a point. If the enemies of Israel committed sins against God and the reason Israel was commanded to kill the other nations, then the same holds true for Israel. They committed sins against God all the time. To this day they are not saved as a nation. Every time Israel failed they went back to their idols. They were just as guilty as the other nations concerning sin. All human beings are guilty of sin, "for all come short of the glory of God."

Josef, that is exactly what I was saying. The word "whoever" or "whosoever" is not in the passage of John 3:16 in the original Koine Greek. That was the language used in the New Testament. Do a study on the passage and it will give you the reason why the word was inserted into the passage not easy to explain here.
If the present tense were the verb in the original Greek text of John 3:16,
"whoever believe"-and it is not, it is a noun, "Pas ho pisteuon."
Hope I answered correctly.

Lidia, you sound like a wonderful person who shows her love for everyone. The fruits of the Spirit of God shows every time with your answers. God richly bless you and feel you with His joy no matter what may come your way. To God be the glory.

Order Of Salvation

1. New Spiritual birth
2. belief through faith
3. water baptism is commanded to all those who believe after receiving faith.
We believe because we are saved. We do not believe in order to be saved. The unregenerate do not have faith.
We are saved by Grace first, through faith.

Rita, I came on line a few days ago and have read so many questions and answers, that I found that some are not here anymore because of how they answered. I'm afraid answering wrong. It is an open forum where believing Christians can express their views without bias right? I though it was a wonderful place to express each others views and could help each other as we are commanded. I will try to answer correctly and not offend anyone.

Quadriplegic Wants To Die

I only put down two passages that? came from the book of Ephesians chapter 1 v.4,5. KJV Bible.
Paul in the book of Ephesians is addressing the saints in Ephesus who are faithful in Christ Jesus who were chosen by God.

In answer to the question above I believe whatever decision they make is already known by God. He is all knowing. Taking him off the ventilator is a right decision to the person who wants to take him off, because it is a conscious decision. The decision the one's who refuse to allow it is also a right decision to them because to them it is a conscious decision also.

In answer to the question, Rita has a very good answer that should be taken to heart. I'm glad we can express our opinions because the question is a very hard question to answer to. And Rita is right in that we are glad that God is the one to deal with his status and not us.

Josef, I was looking at John 3:16 in the original language and the word "whoever" is not mentioned. The original language is Koine Greek. The text literally means "in order that every the one believing in Him, not to perish, but have everlasting life" I just wanted to mention that and did now know if you had studied that, let me know what you think. I'm new here and was just trying to mingle in .
Here is what John 3:16 teaches using the Koine Greek.
1. All who do A. (believe in Him)
2. Will not B. (perish)
3. But will have C. (everlasting life)
Thank you

Quadriplegic Wants To Die

Gods, children are those chosen before the foundation of the world.
"Just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world that we should be holy and without blame before Him "in Love", having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made "us accepted in the beloved."
It was by His will and good pleasure and for His glory, that His children are accepted in the beloved.
Praise be to God in the highest for His word cannot be changed.

lidia, the real truth can never be suppressed, burned, or chained. God always makes it possible for the Truth to survive no matter the reason. God has mercy on many, not all of those people who have been condemned and are under the curse of the law. And He never has mercy on all. If the condemned deserved mercy then God would not be saving them by His Grace.
