Sowing The Word

"My word will not return to me void."

That's not like a promise of anything but it does mean when it is from God's mouth it accomplishes what He desires.

The Great Falling Away

"Make every effort to enter the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction." Basically I already believe most people don't know God and only pretend that they do. It says, "Those that are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God." And, well, I don't know about you, but the more I follow God the less I see other people really, honestly, doing the same thing. I don't usually find people who are living by the Spirit, walking with God personally, following His cues in their lives. They do good things but not alot of them actually do what God wants them to do because none of them are actually asking, "God, what do you want me to do today?" (Read Matthew 21:28-44)

Bible Scriptures On Suicide

Proverbs 3:5-6, Romans 1:20-21. Suicide is pride. We are called to completely trust God with our whole lives. Suicide is an act of trusting in our own understanding and desires above the things God is doing or going to do with our lives. "You are not your own, you were bought at a price." 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 It is open rebellion and it is faithless and there is no excuse for suicide. We can either trust God, or we can't. We can either choose to do what is right, or not. You cannot make someone love you, but it is wrong to deny the Lord.

Christians Free To Sin

"Do not be deceived. God cannot be mocked. Whatever you sow you will reap. If a man sows to please the sinful nature, from that nature he will reap destruction."

Are There Demonic Spirits

Sin is sin. Regardless of outside forces you are responsible for the choices you make. "The Pharisees acknowledge them all." Acts 23:8 Again, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." And finally, Acts 19. But don't get distracted. "However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven." Demonology might be beneficial in knowing our foes, but they are opposite of God, who "does not change like shifting shadows." It really isn't about demons and angels, but about Christ.

My Wife Filed For Divorce

Possession means she was never saved, so don't jump to conclusions -Satan likes to play mind games. The closer you are to God, the clearer you will be able to see the problems, because you will have dealt with it all before in a different way and had your demons silenced. All it takes is authority in Christ over the spirit, but you have to understand what the will of God is. If the demon remains unchecked it is not because of your lack of faith, just a different plan on God's part. Pray now against it, then trust in God above all things. "If I want him to remain alive until I return, what is that to you? You must follow me." I am sorry for how painful it is for you, but you have my respect. Be glorified through this. Follow God.

Do Demons Know Tongues

I've fooled a few of them and they get angry. :P Remember that they are created beings, though exceptionally intelligent and far stronger than we are in the physical sense of power, not in the spiritual authority sense, and they are sealed from grace. God has complete power over them. There really is no need to out plan them or worry about whether or not they know what we are thinking. It is our responsibility to stay in touch with the Holy Spirit. It is God that will defeat Satan, not us. So follow God first. Do what God teaches you. No need to worry about the rest. Basically, I would assume if God didn't want to be understood, He is fully capable of not being understood. So whether they know or not is of no consequence.

A Sin To Forgive

"Freely you have received, freely give." Don't forget the rest of the book: "Forgive us our sin as we forgive those who sin against us." It is very clear that as a Christian we are to forgive openly and easily. The idea of asking us to forgive our brother when he repents is harder sometimes because we want to see someone suffer for what they have done to us, it's like they got off free sometimes and we hate that it was so easy for God to overlook what they did. Now, scriptures do say, "You will reap what you sow," but I think the implication here is conviction to completely forgive someone and wish them well when they change, not implying only forgive if someone repents. God forgives us. We are not the judge, He is.

Unbelievers Living In Your House

Each situation is different and you have to be careful you are not making sin okay or enabling sin. "Everything is permissible for me, but not everything is beneficial." It is important to have the proper priorities. If these people want to sin, they can do it outside of your love and care, but if you feel conviction to help them, it is not your fault what they do. The problem here is if you are not relying on God or looking to His wisdom to take care of things. God may very well have you house people that sin. He might also have you evict them for that very reason. The important thing is to check your own heart to know for sure, but holding someone responsible for the choices of others is completely wrong.

Should We Celebrate Christmas

Joy is not sin. It is appropriate because of what God has done. "The wise man will avoid all extremes." If you feel your sorrow for the world is more important than Christmas, mourn righteously, however, do not impose feelings and convictions upon others that God has not imposed them upon. We have a right to rejoice just as much as we have to mourn, and you may very well be a reminder of the suffering to hold our hearts on this balance, but remember that by no means should sorrow overwhelm our outlook on life, God is in control of all tragedy, He is risen.

When Do Miracles Occur

Honestly, each day and all it has is a miracle from God. God moves with your prayer life to teach, encourage, and grow you. God remains the same no matter what you believe about Him or how strongly you believe it, and knowing the beginning from the end, your prayers are wonderful times God made for you and Him to spend time together, and who knows what good He has decided to attribute to you solely because you prayed. The more honest with yourself you become the more you will see God already moving in your life, and yes, those times of extreme miracles do come, "so that your faith may be based on God's power rather than human argument." However, that does not excuse doubt until then because, "men are without excuse."

Will God Forgive Me

When I was going through a heart break God spoke to me and told me I was going to heaven because I was trusting in what His Son, Jesus, did on the cross for my sins -that no matter how bad life was, it would in essence cease to matter to me because of what heaven is. Now, only the blood was mentioned, nothing about my past, present, or future choices were addressed as my salvation. Only the blood. "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God--" So enjoy the gift: "I tell you the truth ... you will be with me in paradise." <3

Is Jimmy Swaggart A Christian

Josh, in response, yes bro. Swaggart does ask people for money. But I know it does not go to line his pockets, he does take a salary but alot of it goes back into the ministry. He asks for money to support 80 radio stations and tv time on 2 cable networks. It costs almost 2 million a month for these outreaches. Believe what you want but he is not a prosperity preacher. Any time he asks for money he offers products as well. Plus let me ask you this do you support ur church?

Is Jimmy Swaggart A Christian

I would to say first of all we cannot judge the salvation of a man. Second I know Bro. Swaggart personally as I am a musician at Family Worship Center. Bro. Swaggart is saved, and preaches under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. He has been changed by the power of the Cross. You see we are all born under the power of sin but when one comes to understand that deliverance isnt anything we can do but only by the cross can be free then the person will truly find liberty from sin.

Which Day Is The Day To Worship

Noah only knew clean and unclean animals as regarded sacrifices...not regarding diet. He is told quite plainly in the Scripture that they can eat whatever they like. Only in the Mosaic Law is it made a dietary issue...and only then for the Israelite. It's clear that the "alien" in Deuteronomy 14 doesn't exist in New Covenant truth.
