Is There Really A Rapture

Yes Trey, there's a Rapture.
Acts 1:11 "...and a cloud received him..." I Thess.4:17,"...caught up together with them in the clouds..."
Rev.1:7, "Behold, he cometh with clouds," Notice these scriptures refer to His coming in the "clouds"? This is not when he comes back on a "White Horse" with 10,000's of his saints. The Rapture is to bring the saints out before the wrath of God is poured out. "We are not appointed unto wrath...Right?

Is The End Time Weather Worse

Why Are Some Pastors Lazy

In response to Chris's statement 30 hours for one message.30 hours??? Where is the Holy Spirit in these messages. I have been preaching for over 30 years, and if I spent 30 hours on each message God gave me, I would just now be preaching my 50th or 60th message. (slight exgeration) But seriously A pastor can spend 60 to 70 hours a week in his pastorial duties if he has a large congregation. Also 3 months MORE vaction?

Working Mom Has Son Problems

I am also a working mother and can understand your situation. While it is important to keep your child spiritual needs as your top priority. He may be having difficulties. Remember to give positive praises for accomplishments. Always show him you love him. Take your time and be patient. We can get frustrated because we cannot understand why they don't get it. You may want to talk with your child's teacher and listen to her concerns. You don't need to wait until it is time for a parent/teacher conference. Most teacher's are more than willing to meet with the parents.
