Was Ellen White A Prophet
If anyone claims to be a prophet of God and anything they prophesy doesn't come to pass then they are not. God never misses ever!!!!!

Is Mary A Co-Redemptress
Hi Chipper

Don-na, what would I do without YOU?

Statues Of The Virgin Mary
Lorra, that is like clouds with no rain, or a hot wind in the desert, there is a lot of substance there but it is decieving.

Story Of The Virgin Mary
15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

This is cut and paste from the online Bible.

Ro 16:20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

I find that type of prayer offensive.

Donna, I know you use other names to get your real thoughts across, because you have used my name before.
If you want to pray, you don't need to post that type of prayer about someone else. It's childish which is different that childlike.
I'm not an Orthodox or RCC, but I love all of them, including Jack. I think of Jack, often. But I pray good things for Jack, and nothing but good things.

Donna, regardless of what name you answer under, I can spot you a mile away.
Under the pseudo names, you really cut loose.

Next time you need to pray for/about someone, do it without sending it to us.

Jack, Pop me upside the head if you want to, I don't care. I care about you.

Emcee, I do have the true book on the life of Mary. It is the Bible and if the Lord our God thought it was necessary to write more about her He would have. What you are calling "true" if it does not line up with the Word of God you may as well be using it for toiletpaper.

Story Of The Virgin Mary
Mt 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

Lu 6:12 And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.

Jesus telling us how to pray in Mt 6:6, and Jesus praying in Lk 6:12. We are to be like Jesus.

Story Of The Virgin Mary
Joh 16:26 At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:

Ac 8:22 Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.

Ac 8:24 Then answered Simon, and said, Pray ye to the Lord for me, that none of these things which ye have spoken come upon me.

Story Of The Virgin Mary
Ro 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

The Holy Spirit prays through us here.

1Co 11:13 Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered?

2Co 13:7 Now I pray to God that ye do no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that ye should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates.

Story Of The Virgin Mary

The word prayer is in 306 verses in the Bible, 66 of these in the New Testament. There is no mention in any of them that we are to pray to any human alive or passed on into eternity. Remember that the Son of God is not merely a human. He is the only man that ever had the blood of God flowing through His veins.

My heart aches for the Light to shine into those lives that are being led away from the Truth.

One Way To Heaven
I can hardly believe that this question of Raji's could start an argument.

Joh 4:1 When therefore the Lord knew how the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John,

Joh 4:2 (Though Jesus himself baptized not, but his disciples,)

Ac 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

One Way To Heaven

Jesus himself was baptized and He baptized, He only baptized His deciples.

Acts 2:38 All of the 11 original desciples were in the upper room when Peter preached this message. If he were telling something out of context or against the teachings of Jesus do you not think one of the others would have stopped him immediatly? Remember all scripture is given by God...if you don't want to believe God's Word take that up with Him.

Is Bitterness Unheavenly
God can take bitterness and turn it completely around. Look at the best example we have of this: the Apostle Paul. Acts 9:4&5, "Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?
5) And he said, Who art thou, Lord? I am Jesus, whom thou persecutest;..."

Prior to this Saul(Paul) was bitterly fighting against the followers of Christ.

I've read the entire Book every last punctuation mark, every spelling of every word. Heard it discussed, preached, honored and dishonored. Spent 44 years under its undeniable authority, seen of the miracles, tongues, interpretation, people get saved, filled with the Holy Ghost, lived in poverty to see it preached to all who would listen. Been in church services where the Holy Spirit worked for hours. I know Jesus He lives in Me. I have no doubt that if I died tonight that I would go to heaven.

Story Of The Virgin Mary
Lorra, Back that up with scripture.

Think We Are Better Than Others
Scholar, You are a Christian according to your reply, that would make you a follower of Christ. My only question for you is do you know who Christ is or are you just a "christian" because that title seems to be desirable?

I Hate My Husband
Wow!!! Sounds like someone needs counseling, Both you and he. Find a Christian counselor and start working from there. If you are in danger find help to get you out of the situation and into an safe invironment. There are a couple of verses I'd like to add: Mt 6:14-15 and 1Pe 3:1. The reason for these verses is to keep you focused on your salvation. If you are not saved; seek Jesus and repent now.
