Explain Proverbs 14:12

To Whosoever Has An Ear To Hear?

Brethren, Sin is the way which seemeth right unto a man but the end thereof are the ways of death, b/c death is the wages of sin !!!

Grace Unto All & Peace Be Multiplied

Favorite Old Testament Book

-- Trey :

Brother, "Fear of the LORD, that is Wisdom, and to depart from evil is Understanding."

Job 28:28
is a first of sorts, laid as my spiritual foundation... holding great significance since Wisdom is this principal thing we're all to get and with all our getting we're to get Understanding : The merchandise of it is better than silver & it's gain finer than gold.

She is more precious than rubies and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her. Length of days is in her right hand, and riches & honor in her left.

Her ways are ways of pleasantness & all her paths are Peace. She is a Tree of Life to us that lay hold upon her and happy is every one that retain her !!!

Attracted To Older Men

-- Jenny :

Sister, It doesn't sound like the problem is with age but with you needing the approval of others, when it comes to your dating choices.

People will always have their own opinions and that's Ok..... but what you need to ask yourself is "How long are you going to allow the opinions of others to manipulate or disturb your peace."

BTW ~ At age 16(without your parents consent) it against the law for a 35 year old to be dating you. Other than that there's no law, man's or God's, which discriminates against the age difference of a couple.

To Whosoever Has An Ear to Hear?

Brethren, In the beginning was the Word and the Word was not only with God but was God, for in Him was Life which all things were made by & without Him was not any thing made that was made. John 1:1-5

Through Faith we Understand the worlds were framed by God's Word. Heb.11:3 So, Why is there an amazement that Life would exist some where else within the universe framed by the Life of God's Word !?!

I'm excited for the Life of God which originated else where in the universe b/c it wouldn't be subject to the curse we've 'Fallen' under on this world when Adam lost dominion upon the earth(not the universe) which separated us from God's Glory !!!

Through Faith we Understand the worlds were framed by God's Word. So, Why is there an amazement that Life would exist some where else within the universe, when everything made was of the Word that was God & in Him was Life !?!

I'm excited for the Life of God which originated else where in the universe, other than on this world which is spoken of in the Bible, b/c that Life wouldn't be subject to the curse of Adam that we've 'Fallen' under here on earth, and may have never been separated from God's Glory !!!

War Not Flesh And Blood

To Whosoever Has An Ear To Hear?

Brethren, When it comes to dealing with Satan, who knows the difference between "Confronting" him and "Resisting" him.... other than the Truth that Scriptures tells us to 'resist' the Devil and he will flee from us, as we submit ourselves to God : putting on the Full Armor of the Lord.

Blasphemy To Say Saved

-- Jerry :

Brother, Scriptures also says that only God knows when the last days shall be upon us and Christ shall return.... So is it blasphemy for those who say 'These are the last days and Christ shall return soon' ???

No matter though b/c Sciptures also says "All sins & blasphemy shall be forgiven man, except the blasphemy again the Holy Ghost"

Grace Unto You & Peace Be Multiplied

Christ Shed His Blood Once

-- Rob :

Brother, Both could be viewed as correct... A sacrifice is an offering through the shedding of blood, and Christ was Sacrifice once for the sins of the world.

Now there are also those who wish to assign a number to the amount of times the Blood of Christ was shed.

The crown of thorns placed on the head of Christ was counted as one shedding of His Blood, then there's the puncher wounds Christ suffered in His hands, feet & side on the Cross(counted as five), and all the 'stripes' He received on His Back during the Passion were collectively counted as one shedding of His Blood... and that's how they came to the total of seven times but the number amounts to more if you count every stripe on His back individually.

Why Do We Suffer

-- Don :

"Why?"

Brother, We'll suffer for sins or b/c of sins... Christ (Whom we're to follow) hath also suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit. Now it is better if the Will of God be so, that we suffer for well doing than for evil doing. 1 Peter 3:17-18

Belief In Christ Replaced Law

-- Mima :

Brother, Why the need to reword it ? It would be correct to share it AS IS... Christ came not to destroy or replace but to fulfill, and "is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth."

The law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be Justified by Faith b/c no flesh shall be Justified in God's sight by the deeds of the law. But after Faith is come, we're no longer under our schoolmaster the law, for now the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ hath made us(who are of Faith in Christ) free from the unfulfillable(at least by us) law of sin & death : condemning sin in the flesh, so the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk after the Spirit.

To Many People To Be Fruitful

-- Christan & MarkV :

Brethren, No one is claiming sin didn't enter the world of man when Adam disobeyed God's Command, as stated in Rom.5:12.

When I shared Rom.5:13 it was kept in its proper context, b/c Rom.5:12 is informing us that by one man, sin entered into the world of men & passed death upon all mankind by the law, "but until the law sin was in the world", as shared in Rom.5:13. The latter half of Rom.5:13 is sharing how sin could be in the world, before the 'Fall', but not imputed upon man.

Christan, Rom.5:13 sharing "sin is not imputed when there is no law", is in no way the same accusation you're trying to claim of "if there's no law, there's no sin".

To Many People To Be Fruitful

-- Jacob, Christian & Donna :

If there was no death how would Adam & Eve understand God's warning "you will surely die"--1st Cliff

Brethren, Placing 1st Cliff's REASONING and all other reasoning aside... Rom.5:13 is the assurance without a doubt of the Truth that by one man's sin the law entered & passed death upon all mankind, but until the law before the 'Fall' sin and it's wages of death was in the world.

Understand though that death didn't reign upon mankind until after the 'Fall' b/c sin is not imputed upon man when there is no law !!!

Until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. Rom.5:13

My Wife Wants A Separation

-- Nathan :

Brother, I wouldn't want you or anyone else led astray by what I've shared. 'Unbelieving' in 1Cor.7:15 means not believing in Christ.

What was shared in parenthesis was intended to give context to your situation without presuming she doesn't believed in Christ... That shouldn't have been done. Apologies to all !!!

If she is an Unbeliever, walk-in 1Cor.7:15.

If she does Believe in Christ, I direct you both to walk-in the first verse I shared 1Cor.7:5 not to deprive one another except by agreement for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer, and come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.

Grace Unto You Both & Peace Be Multiplied

Authority To Change God's Law

-- Francis :

Sister, The fear of the LORD, that is Wisdom, and to depart from evil is Understanding. Job 28:28. Wisdom is this principal thing we're all to get, and with all our getting we're to get Understanding.

Having eyes Francis you cannot See and having ears you will not Hear, all b/c you continue to cling to that which isn't God's Word & will not depart from the evil which you have been deceived into believing about the law not changing.

This is why Francis you're not sure & are unable to accept the Understanding of God's Word I'm sharing with you that you asked to see which is by Christ "The priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a CHANGE also of the law." Heb.7:12

My Wife Wants A Separation

-- Nathan :

Brother, 1Cor.7:5 shares to not deprive one another, "except by agreement for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer, and come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control."

But if the unbelieving(meaning the one no longer believing in your marriage) depart, let them depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to Peace. 1Cor.7:15

Grace Unto You & Peace Be Multiplied

Explain Parable Of Sower

To Whosoever Has An Ear To Hear?

Brethren, We're not always immediately Fruitful in Understanding every aspect of God's Word, but that doesn't mean Christ has left us or that we have left Christ, it just means there's some worldly conformity which we're in need of departing from, so that our minds may be renewed & we may be transformed into Fruitfully producing & proving what is that Good, Acceptable & Perfect Will of God. Rom.12:2

Leslie shared it nicely by saying "Our fruit is what we produce. We are not saved by our fruit..." We're Saved by Christ the Word of God made flesh, but our Fruit is the evidence of God's Word working through us.

Can Predestined Reject Christ

To Whosoever Has An Ear To Hear?

Brethren, God's Omniscient is revealed in Isaiah 46:9-10, for God declared the end from the beginning, the things not yet done...

I don't much know nor care who coined the phrase "Irresistible Grace", but I do Believe wherever sin abounds Grace does much more abound and is irresistible to those Foreknown to accept Christ !!!

All things work together for good to us that Love God, whom are the Called according to His Purpose. Whom God did Foreknow, He Predestinate to be conformed to the Image of His Son... Moreover whom He did Predestinate, them He Called : and whom He Called, them He Justified: and whom He Justified, them He Glorified. Rom.8:28-30

Explain Parable Of Sower

-- David :

Brother, Matt.13:4 does say 'seeds', and it's referring to the Word of God !!!

How To Interpret Scripture

-- Kathr :

I hope so....Like, gee , let me bite my nails in anticipation-- Kathr

Sister, You're describing DOUBT not HOPE !!!

Those who act like you say, saying "Gee, let me bite my nails in anticipation", are fearful & acting in doubt... and are not rejoicing in Hope, Patient in tribulation nor continuing instant in prayer.

I Believe Rom.3:24 that we're "Justified freely by God's Grace through the Redemption that is in Christ" which is the Faith of Christ : Faith being the substance of things HOPED for...

Good Day
