Concerned About The Future
A man was told a flood was coming, but he refused to leave his home because he said, "The Lord will save me." The waters rose as predicted, so someone in a boat came for him, but he refused help believing the Lord would save him. Forced to his roof, a helicopter came to rescue him, but he again refused help, saying yet again, "The Lord will save me." The man drowned and when he saw the Lord he asked Him, "Why didn't you save me?" The Lord replied, "I sent three people to help you, but you refused their help." :) Praying and trusting in the Lord, yes, but we also need to listen to the Lord to see what He wants us to do to help turn our Country back to Him and not just sit on our pews.

Tithing Not Biblical Sermon
You have a Pastor that really understands what Jesus meant by PAID IN FULL!

AND Galatians 3:13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law
3:14 so that the blessings of Abraham can come on us by faith.
Faith in what? Faith in the payment Jesus made when he fulfilled the law in our place all 613 not just tithing!

Can I Leave My Husband
I think that you are definitely making the right decision. My husband was verbally abusive and I stayed with him for 30 years. Recently God sent somerone into my life who gave me the courage to leave and I am so glad that he did. God does not want us to live in difficult situations and it is wrong that your children are being abused. My biggest regret is all the abuse that my children had to deal with. God is a loving God who cares deeply for you. You have made your decision - now stick to it and trust in God for your future.

Violent Take It By Force
People full of intensity and passion take a hold of privileges of being a member of the Royal household. They live with great intensity as children of the Most High God..Jesus Himself was certainly not a pushover with no definite belief system...He was intensely obedient and diligent in all He did...Christ in us the hope of glory....seeking with all your heart, mind and body....single minded about the things of God...extremely focussed...Jesus said "Be perfect...." and that will take great obedience, great passion for God's Kingdom...great perseverance...GREAT a very Great God..violence, n.1.physical forced used to damage/injure 2.intensity,severity: as, the violence of the storm.3. desecration.4. great force of feeling,

Will There Be Two Raptures
I did not know there was so much talk about 2 raptures. I thought I was the only one who believed it until I just searched the internet! Two years ago I kept reading Revelation over and over and over again to understand which rapture was right. Suddenly I realized there were 2 raptures. The woman of Rev 12 is the overcoming Bride/wise virgin that is snatched directly to the throne room. When the woman runs to the wilderness, she represents the unwise virgins left behind and will be perfected and raptured after tribulation. The "other children" are those who neither committed themselves to Christ nor took the mark of the beast and are destined to endure the days of wrath.

Married To A Drunk Pastor
I just found this and felt for the first time like I am not alone. My husband is an alcoholic and a pastor. He even got a DUI and the congregation forgave him and wanted him back. He stopped for 6 months after the DUI but started up again. Very sad and lonely being the Pastors Wife and not feeling like you can share with others the struggles of what I am going through.

Ten Mistakes That Can Cripple a MIL and DIL Relationship
1. Criticizing the DILs House Cleaning

4. Showing Preference or Favoritism for One DIL or Grandchild(ren)
5. Badmouthing the DIL to other family members.

7.Not offering positive feedback or encouraging remarks toward DIL when she does something well

9. Purposefully failing to recognize the DILs or son's traits in grandchildren.
10. Acting anything other than the most proud, approving, and appreciative MIL on the wedding day, fake it if you have to.

Was Jesus Lonely
Well, it sounds to me like you did not even read Psalms 22 to see if it had any relation to CHRIST's Passion and the things that happened that day. So, I will not argue any longer with any of you who believe that GOD could ever forsake CHRIST, especially that day on the Cross. Shame on you. So I will follow CHRIST when HE said..
Matt 7:6
6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you

Was Jesus Lonely
exzucuh, I did not say that CHRIST did not sacrifice HIMSELF for us. You are getting off the subject again. I know JESUS CHRIST is our LORD and SAVIOUR.
What we were talking about is Did GOD forsake JESUS and turn HIS face from HIM.
You also said GOD cannot look upon sin. I documented for you from GODS WORD that JESUS had no sin in HIM and HE was a perfect sacrifice to GOD our FATHER. I wanted you to document from GODS WORD your statement.
I know you cant, not from GODS WORD.

Was Jesus Lonely
Who is the they in Deut 31:17 & 18. Follow the subject. GOD is speaking of the end days. The people who turned their backs to GOD and turned to other gods.
GOD is not talking about HIS SON, the perfect Sacrifice for one and all times. And do you also notice that the they did forsake GOD. JESUS did not forsake GOD and to say so would be emphatically wrong.
All of the verses you gave are concerning people sinning against GOD. JESUS had NO SIN in HIM. Documentation: I Peter 2:22

Was Jesus Lonely
GOD can not look upon sin? I will document from GODS WORD that statement is false.
Matt 9:12-13
12 But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Was Jesus Lonely

MORE Documentation from GODS WORD that GOD does look upon sin.
Not only does HE look upon sin, HE eateth and drinketh with them.
REMEMBER: Emmanuel means GOD with us.
Mark 2:16-17
16 And when the scribes and Pharisees saw him eat with publicans and sinners, they said unto his disciples, How is it that he eateth and drinketh with publicans and sinners?
17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Was Jesus Lonely
What do you mean GOD can not look upon sin? Please document that statement for me from GODS WORD of course. JESUS was here as GOD. Emmanuel means GOD with us. JESUS said when you have seen me, you have seen THE FATHER. And as for the statement that I am writing just what I think, not so, I study GODS WORD so it was not just a fleeting thought. ALSO if GOD can not look upon sin, does HE have HIS face turned away from us nowdo we as sinners have to repent to HIM or not?
Of course we do. GOD did not turn HIS face away from JESUS at anytime, neither did HE forsake Him. People do forsake GOD though.

Was Jesus Lonely
When CHRIST said My GOD, My GOD, why has thou forsaken me instead of using the word FATHERRead PS 22 with understanding through the help of GOD, and you will realize that GOD did not separate HIMSELF from JESUS. At anytime. PS 22 is in most part what happened to CHRIST on the day of HIS Passion. That is why CHRIST said GOD instead of FATHER. GOD states in HIS WORD, I will never leave you or forsake you. How can GOD separate HIMSELF from HIMSELF? I believe whenever CHRIST cried, HE cried for us. Not for HIMSELF. CHRIST never had a weak moment even though HE did feel the pain and suffering. How can HE have a weak moment, HE is the Living Word.

Was Jesus Lonely
"Emmanuel means GOD with us?"
Did you believe that when CHRIST was on the cross he said to the one thief, "Today you will be with me in Paradise". I don't think that he was preoccupied with Himself at that moment.
When Jesus said "Forgive them for they know not what they do".
And when CHRIST said at the very end, IT is finished, HE was fullfilling prophesy of HIS dying for us and defeating death.
Read PS 22 and you will see it is David doing the prophesy of CHRIST's passion and everything that happened that day.

Study to show thyself approved.

2 Tim 2:15
15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Was Jesus Lonely

Jesus was quoting PS 22 when he said "My God, My God, why has thou forsaken me. Don't you realize he was teaching and quoting from GODS WORD right up until the time he gave up the spirit and defeated death which is the devil.
In the garden when Jesus was praying, he was not weeping for himself. He was weeping for us.........and the cup he wanted to pass was the cup of wrath that GOD will pour unto the evil and disobediant of this world.
Jesus was never, ever without FATHER. GOD never did forsake Christ.
Shame on whoever made this statement.

And what is your point? It can do harm, not least of degrading your children. I would urge you to try talking and reasoning with them instead. Striking someone is no way to show Christian love, least of all to your precious children. Violence begets violence

Daughter-In-Law Problems
It is never easy joining another family. Perhaps your daughter in law feels like an outsider. You messages opens with a subjective comment about her, perhaps she is aware that you dislike her. That would make it difficult to build a relationship. Hold out the hand of friendship to her. Your son saw something in her, respect his choice of partner and as you have grandchildren, you need to keep things amicable for their sake.
I say this as a daughter in law whose mother in law set out to try to destroy a good marriage because she was jealous, but did not succeed. It caused a great deal of unhappiness so much so her son and grandchildren are not close to her now as she alienated them. I am sure you would not want that for your family
