Salvation Taken Back

If God took salvation back then it was never a gift. If performace was an issue then it's not a gift. There is only one unpardonable sin, said Jesus in Mark 3:29. "he that shall blaspheme againt the Holy Ghost hath never forgivness"....So what is that blaspheme?...It is he who does not acckowledge the truth. Everyone knows John 3:16 For God so loved the world....however John 3:18, "but he that believeth not is condemed already." So you either believe or you don't and if your don't then you are unwilling to confess Jesus is Lord and God has raised him from the dead. Romans, 10:9 and 10.
And on the matter of faith, faith comes from hearing the word of God. Romans 10:17

Reject The Complete Bible

Even though they might claim to be Christians they are not. You have to believe 100% of the bible or you do not accept God for his word. Which Christ is the word of God in the flesh. If you do not accept Christ then you are not a Christian. The true definition of the word Chrsitian is deciple of Christ.

Can We Believe The Whole Bible

The bible is the greatest work of fiction in the history of mankind.

Best Parts Of The Bible

At the thread question... I would personally read Genesis 37-50, the life of Joseph. In it you will see trials and tribulations beyond whatever you may be going through, and yet through them all, you see GRACE (yes, even in the OT) directed at Joseph repeatedly... God was with him all the time!

Husband Comes Back Abortion

Francis... being defiled is one thing, murder is quite another. The bottom line is the baby is a unique lifeform and the mother is but a host. Have the baby, give it up for adoption... but you don't compound one sin with another. If she has a husband that means she is still married and so the affair was adultery. Now you want to try to justify murder using Torah Francis? Talk about an age of torahlessness. (lawlessness)

Husband Comes Back Abortion

The life inside is unique, it has unique DNA, therefore, ending it's life is murder. Lev 17:3-4 speaks about the useless killing of an ANIMAL and scriptures says it is "shedding blood" and something which carries the penalty of being "cut off from the people." (Israel) So if the shedding of innocent ANIMAL blood was serious enough to cause a man to be cut off from amoung his people, how much more will God look upon a human child?

With that said, if it were ME I would explain that to my husband and then at worst, have the baby and give it up for adoption... but I wouldn't kill it!

Blood Of Jesus Christ

Regarding the OP, it doesn't bother me what somebody says when they speak to their Father, but I also see no need to speak those words like that. Think folks... if we ascribe power to an object or a thing, and we expect results from that object or thing, what does that object or thing become? Yes, an idol.

Now, many feel they need to say the name Jesus when they pray. But, we are called to pray in his NAME. The Hebrew word for name is shem... and shem means character, reputation, and AUTHORITY of the name bearer. So praying in his name isn't SAYING his name, it is doing it according to his will... being in his authority when you do it.

Explain Galations 2:7

That particular verse is only showing us that Paul's main missionw as to those in the nations while Peter was mainly to Jews. I say "mainly" because there are instanced of Peter dealing with those in the nations (Cornelius) and Paul dealing directly with Jews. (The book of Hebrews for starters)

Was Jesus The Second Adam

When it says "in the beginning God created" that made HIM the author of Creation. The author has "athority" over His work, thus the dominion over creation belonged to God. But, he gave that dominion to Adam. When Adam sinned a curse was placed on that dominion, and Yehoshua (Jesus) won back the dominion from the curse by defeating death. The first man Adam is called a Son of God, as is the second. The first failed the second succeeded.

Why Did Jesus Die

That is fast becoming one of my favorites questions, why did he have to die?

My take is that when Adam sinned, death entered the world. So a Life of Sin = Death.

If true, and I believe that is what Paul is speaking about in Romans 5:12, then the opposite must also be true... that the death of perfection (or sinlessness) brings about life. And that is what happened with Yehoshua (Jesus). He knew no sin and died for it anyway, so the Death of Perfection = Life!

Peace.
