We Want To Leave Church
Find a new church first then go to him and tell him "We found a church we would like to try." That way, it doesn't sound so definite that you're leaving. And you're not lying because when you search for a new church, you won't know if you like it until you try it, right? Sound okay?

Solutions To Poverty
Poverty is a spiritual problem. The bible says, "Beloved I wish above all that thou mayest prosper and be in good health even as thy soul prospers." As your mind is renewed in the word of God and as you begin to believe ALL that God has for you, that's HE's a God who "supplies all of my needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus," you will begin to prosper in EVERY area of your life, not just money.

Obedience To God
Linda, I'm wondering how you figure that just by truly believing the Word of God that Obedience will then come "naturally."

The key is not how much trust do we have in God, the key is building a trust in Him each and every day, as we go through trials and He pulls us through. We have to build a foundation and then as we see Him coming through for us, we begin to trust little by little, line upon line, precept upon precept.

Obedience To God
We throw things onto this board as if to say "just do this and this will happen." Doesn't God individualize each person's walk with Him? Satan believes and he does NOT obey the word.

It may seem that Abraham obeyed God without a doubt or any hesitation, but I have heard lots of teachers of the word say Abraham thought God was going to raise Isaac from the dead after he killed him. So even Abraham had a preconceived notion of the way God was going to do things-he was wrong, wasn't he?

I Don't Believe In Catholic Ways
grace3869 said: There is no reason why you can't continue to worship Jesus in the Catholic church while you search for more meaning.
NO reason? Are you sure? Think hard now. Come on, I know you can do it. If a person is "worshipping Jesus" why do they have to search for more meaning somewhere else? HELLO? I know you know the answer to this.

Questioning Her Salvation
Adam, sounds like you two are unequally yoked together. Go see a Pastor. Ask him some questions. Take your fiance with you. Let him ask her some questions regarding her salvation and where she is with the Lord. I would think if she's in love with you, she'd want to be where her fiance is leading her? no?

Obedience To God
You can't obey someone you don't love and respect.

Jesus said, "If you love me, you'll obey Me."

The answer: Get to know God and fall in love with Him. He's merciful, His mercies are never every morning. He's loveable. He's compassionate. Get to know Him and His qualities and you will obey Him without a shadow of a doubt.

He Is A Perfect Non-Christian
Darlene's answer is spectacular, filled with so much truth.

There is no perfect man outside of Jesus.
You are deceived if you believe he is perfect. The bible says, "Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers." You must obey God's word if you are a "strong" Christian which I doubt because a "Strong" Christian would know to walk away and not even let the devil tempt her with an unbelieving man. Repent and go on with the Lord. Leave this man to God.

Nervous Breakdown Problem
Mary, I have not, but know someone who has. She needs lots of medical attention, but it seemed like when she found a good church, with good people in it, they knew how to show her Christ's love for her. In the meantime, I will be praying for you and recommend you pray to God and ask Him to help you, that you really need His help. He will hear you at the sound of your cry.

Will This Pain Ever End
Barbara, I will be praying for you, but there are things you can do for yourself. 1)Pray and Cry out to God every day to HELP you. Only God can reach deep down inside of you to heal you. Tell Him how badly you hurt and how you need Him to heal you, ask Him to heal you. "When you find that God is all you have, you'll find that God is all you need." HE will become the lover of your soul and your best friend.
