How To Put To Death The Body
When jesus went to the Cross He took all of mankind with Him. Paul says that our flesh or old sinful nature died when Christ died. In God's eyes, it is dead. We are to reckon as God reckons. We know that all believers have to deal with temptation and sometimes failure and sin. We don't have to put to death our old sinful nature because it has already provisionally died, we just has to believe God and reckon as He reckons.

Four Horsemen In Revelation
#1 - The rider on the white horse speaks of peace and prosperity. We are looking look for a covenant with the Jews for 7 years along with an official announcement of "peace and safety." The rider has a bow but no arrows which speaks of a conquest without blood. He will be diplomatic and will hold a promise bow rather than a battle bow. Later, a crown will be given to him, indicating authority. That period will likely embrace the seven-headed league of nations Rev.13.

God's Unmerited Favor
#1 - Right believing produces right living. When God's unmerited favor is preached and believed it will produce holiness in a believer's life. 1 Cor.15:56 says, "The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law." The preaching of the law will encourage sin rather than discouraging it. Jesus took all of our sins on Himself at the Cross. He knew, if left up to humanity, we would continually fail. No one can keep the law, we all sin from time to time, even if we don't want to. God knew that and through His unmerited favor He made a way for us to trust Him and not ourselves. That is why He placed us at the New Birth in a new holy, sinless heavenly race in Christ Jesus.

God's Unmerited Favor
#2 - He became the Head of the old creation and took all our sin and died in our stead for all our sins. He then rose from the dead as Head of the New Creation and has totally taken on the responsibility of our life in Him. As that Head He has proclaimed us saved, holy and heavenly. Rom 4:3 - "For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness." We are Abraham's heavenly seed and what worked for Abraham works for us. When we believe God, not work, but just believe God, it is counted for our righteousness also. II Cor. 5:21 - "For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."

What Does Born Again Mean
To be born again is to believe on and in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the Cross. To believe that your old man, your flesh was crucified over 2000 years ago with Christ on the Cross and that you are dead to sin and this world. To believe that you have been born of the Spirit, and that the Spirit of Christ dwells in you in the Life of the New Creation. It is to know that you have been conceived of a holy Father and therfore you are holy, no sin dwells in your new creation which makes you eternally secure in Christ. You have passed from an eathly, natural man to a spiritual, supernatural, heavenly being.

How To Avoid Sin
#1 Rom. 6:11-13 - Likewise Reckon ye also yourselves. Our part is to believe and know the facts of Romans 6:1-10 are true. Nothing happens unless we first believe. Our victory over sin begins with what we believe. That must be established because it is that way for every person. We believe it and then it becomes practical in our life and experience. That is why Paul is so emphatic when he writes, Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin . If we want to get victory over sin, we must believe that we died to sin. But, that is only half of the reckoning, that is only half of the believing. The other side is to believe that we are alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Must True Christians Mature
Believers that are carnal and are not knowledgable of the scriptures are called babes - I Cor. 3:1-3. Jesus desires that no believer remain a babe in Christ. Paul wrote two prayers in his letter to the Ephesian Saints, the first one is in Eph. 1:16-23 and the second one is in Eph. 3:14-21. Both of these prayers encourage spiritual growth and that growth comes by eating spiritual food, the Word of God. The first prayer must be fulfilled before the second prayer can be accomplished in a believers life. Once you become a believer, God wants you to grow, but it is possible to be saved and remain a babe forever. There are 30,40, 50 years old babes in Christ sitting in church pews all over the world.

Do Sinners Go To Heaven
#1 God can't look upon sin, that is why He turned His back on His own Son on the Cross,Jesus was made sin for us. God knew that He was going to have many sons born unto Himself by the death of His son, so He had to be able to embrace His own children. He truned His back once on His own Beloved Son and He did not want to have to turn His back ever again. He knew that His sons were still dealing with the body of flesh and that sin dwells in the flesh, therefore, He created in them a New Creation that is totally sinless, it is holy and that is what He looks upon. He does not even see our sinful deeds in the flesh.

Self-Righteousness And Pride
Self-righteousness is nothing more than self-works. It stems from trying to keep the Law which is nothing more than a lot of do's and don'ts. Pride is self-exaltation which comes from looking at your own efforts rather than Christ's finished work on the Cross in your behalf. Unfortunately too many believers are adding this law and that law to grace which produces pride and self-righteousness. When you exclude the law completely from your walk with the Lord and only depend upon His grace and mercy there absolutely will not be found any self-righteousness or pride in you. Grace shines all the light on Christ and absolutely no light on one self and this is as it should be. We are the righteousness of God, but only in Christ.

Did You Sin Today
That depends if you are talking about the new man or the old man. In the old man, our flesh, we sin often, probably every day. There is no help for the flesh. But glory to God, in the New Creation, we never sin. I John 3:9. When we walk in the Spirit we won't fulfill the lusts of the flesh - Gal. 5:16. II Cor. 5:21 says that we are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. It is in the New Man that this is true. Praise God, He forgave ALL of our past, present and future sins on the Cross, clearing us from ALL guilt and condemnation. Because God forgave All and reckons that our flesh was nailed to the Cross, it is as though our flesh is totally dead and buried.

Was Jesus Born With A Sin Nature
Adam's sin nature is passed down to each generation through the male. Jesus had an earthly mother but He had a heavenly Father, a holy Father, God Himself. Therefore, there was not a sin nature to be passed down. Jesus was man but He was equally God, He was divinely human and without sin, without even a hint of the old sin nature because He was conceived of a holy Father.

Repent Of Sin Or Go To Hell
When Jesus died on the Cross, He died for ALL humanity. Over 2000 years ago He died for every man and woman from the beginning of time to the end of time. Now I ask you this, when He was on the Cross did God distinguish which of your sins He would not forgive? Did God, the righteous Judge, decide at that moment, that only those sins that you and I committed before salvation are to be forgiven? Remember we weren't scheduled to be born until 2000 years later. He died for all our sins from the beginning of our life to the end of our life here on earth. God remembered our sins there, and then it says in Hebrews that He remembers our sins no more. How many times does He have to die to cover all your sins? One time should have done it.

What Is Love In Christ
If you are born again, you are in Christ and Christ is in you. Now Christ is love and Christ is in you so His love is in you and you are in His love. "We love Him because He first loved us." It was Hislove that drew you to Him. Scripture tells us that "Love covers a multitude of sins." He showed His love for you at the Cross. His love filled blood covered a multitude of yours and my own sins. He surrounds us with loving kindness and tender mercies. He wants us to return the love that He has placed inside of us.

Statement Of Your Faith
I believe that we can't have our own personal interpretation of Scripture because the Holy Ghost wrote the Scriptures and He must do the interpreting - II Pet. 1:21,21. I believe that Jesus is the Son of God and the Word made flesh. He is the only Head of the Church which is His body. I believe that salvation is by grace, through faith, absolutely apart from works - Eph. 2: 8-9. I believe when a person accepts Christ as his Saviour, he is born again of God and cannot ever be lost. I believe that after a person is born again he should be filled with the Spirit evidenced by the believer speaking in a language he does not know, as the Spirit gives utterance - Acts 2:4.
