Move On After Broken Heart
I don't know but that is exactly what I am trying to figure out. Every day I think, I'm over it now, and then something hits me and I fall apart. I just don't know.

Is Remarriage Adultery
Jumping in as a newbie here (or at least someone who hasn't posted recently). Marriage vows state "Till death do us part"...right? Well, what happens when love dies? Does God expect us to remain in a loveless marriage for the rest of our lives? I know, God can perform miracles, and bring the love back to that marriage, but what if it doesn't happen? Sometimes God does not answer our prayers the way we want Him to, and in a case like that, one or both spouses is "dead" to the other. Why not find someone who can truly make you happy? I know of couples who divorced, remarried, got saved, and went on into the ministry or the mission field. Is God not blessing these couples?

Handle Long Distance Relationship
I met my husband here on this site. We lived 5-1/2 hours drive each way and saw each other 2 x monthly for over a year before we married. We have now been married 3-1/2 years. Does it really make any difference where or how people meet as long as it is a healthy place? We both put a lot of effort into knowing each other well before taking such a large step as marriage. Not because of the mileage, but because of past mistakes on both of our parts.

Have You Dating Over The Net
In 2004, I met my husband on this very site. He would travel to Houston from Dallas, stay in a motel and we'd visit over the weekend. Then, after several months I traveled up there. We married in 2005 and have now been married close to 3-1/2 years. It's not different than any other meetings of a new person. Use common sense and take your time. Have fun!!

Forgiveness After Divorce

The Bible says the only reason for divorce is adultery. But extreme mental and physical abuse is why I divorced my husband after him putting me in the hospital. I am happily remarried for 40 years and my husband is a wonderful Christian man. God forgives and my life is wonderful as now I am safe and happy and secure in the love of Christ. Do not judge and you will not be judged !!!

Should You Warn Others
Thank you for this post. There is a member of my husband's family that is deep into addiction. As a professional counselor, I'm going to him to give him the information that I believe he could use to make a decision about treatment. When I do this, the rest of the family will become extremely angry at me. They do not want to believe that there is an addict in the family.

Best Church Signs Read
Seven days without prayer makes one weak.

Marrying A Younger Man
32 years old is by no means menopausal. I had a child at 35 years old and wanted to have more. Let's not be so mean spirited to people seeking help. I believe that we need more love and kindness in this world and a whole lot less criticism. It's not natural according to whom????? Some man made stereotyped opinion?

I Am Depressed And Bored
You may need to seek counseling finding someone to talk about this with would help. Also, please go to Bible study even if you do not feel like it. It will help you in this desert place you seem to be in.

What Age To Start Dating
Good question! As a mom of teens, I am really interested in the answer. My children seem to go out in groups rather than dates in couples, so this has not really come up much at our house.

Boyfriend Writes Other Girls
Tell him it bothers you, and ask him how he would feel if you wrote to other men. You need to have trust in your relationship, and it doesn't sound like the trust is there.

Marry Cheating Lying Boyfriend
Perhaps you could just sit back, let him live his new life for about 2 years, and then....consider marrying him.

I Am Very Discouraged Right Now
As a Christian, his life is not over. Your friend is missing her husband terribly, I'm sure, but if he was a believer in Jesus, he is now in a better place. I miss my mother still and it has been 18 months since her death, but I take comfort in knowing that she loved the Lord, he was her saviour and he died to give her eternal life.

Recently Divorced My Husband
Moderator, I find your comment unnecessary. You have no idea what this lady has been through nor the pain she has experienced. I have walked in her shoes, did not believe in divorce, but...the pain the children and I were enduring on a daily basis was unreal. My daughters grew up to become fine, Christian women.
