Chris, you are a perfect example of those who do what is written in Romans 1:25. You exchanged the TRUTH OF GOD, for a LIE.

In Psalm 82:6, Jesus did not quote "ye are gods" it was quoted by Asaph, who was a musician of David and Solomon.

The "ye are gods" that he is talking about are the angels (servants) of Satan.

Chris, don't believe me just because I said this, check it out for yourself, 2 Timothy 2:14-19, and Acts 17:11.

The verse in second Peter 2:3 might possibly apply to Crsflo Dollar. Scripture,"And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make MERCHANDISE of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not." You decide!!
---mima on 2/4/09

Chris, are you aware there are many scriptures in the Bible that tells us we are to judge. The reasons are found in Romans 1:18-32, and 2 Peter Chapter 2.

Are you aware of all of the people who are found in the New Testament, only one was ever called a Man Of God.

Are you aware there are many people who claim to be sharing the Gospel, but what the are sharing IS NOT THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST, Galatians 1:6-10

Chris: "All of you are busy here judging a man of god, wouldn't your time be better spent witnessing for Christ."

Christians are to warn others of false prophets, preachers and teachers for they teach heresy. The letters by apostles also have warned others about certain people. If we don't warn Christians about certain false prophets and preachers, we would be as guilty of sending people to hell. Their blood would be on our hands if we didn't warn people. But if we warn them and they do not repent, the blood would be on their hands, not yours.
---Steveng on 2/3/09

All of you are busy here judging a man of god, wouldn't your time be better spent witnessing for Christ. Jesus said spread the Good News, not spread the destructive news. Just read the Bible its all in there. But i will reply to the person whoi listed all the issues. 1. Jesus quoted psalm 82:6 "ye are Gods" 2. The Blessing of the lord maketh rich in hebrew rich means to accumulate riches look it up! 3. all faith preachers were being investigate by sen grassly who is a fool as the IRS already checks tthese preachers every year and they have always been fine.

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. I John 4:1.
I am not his judge, but it only took a few minutes to find in his own literature that
1. He says we are gods.
2. He says Jesus was rich and had a treasurer.
3. I have to at least look at the rolls royces and hummers and gulfstream and multi homes and wonder if it is all for the glory of God. Was it God given wealth?
4. In a few minutes I found some very anti-biblical comments, I am sure more could easily be found as I also did with Fred Price. Please at least take more time with the Bible and the Lord and less time with one preacher, idolizing preachers.
---Holly_Garcia on 7/7/08

There is a fine line between constantly exposing flaws and faults of everyone, to the point of becoming very negative.

People run from negative Christians that enjoy badmouthing everyone. No one wants to be around a Christian that points out every shortfall.

There's a way to reveal false gospels without bordering on gossip.

Gossipers dressed up as do-gooders, "revealers of truth, iconoclasts" - walk a tightrope of falling off without a net.

Iconoclasm is the deliberate destruction within a culture of the culture's own religious icons and other symbols or monuments, usually for religious or ...

Only thing I can say is a lot of people say he is false and deceving but I dont see him on his show ever critizing like the people in this blog are doing! Is he the one thats really FALSE?
---Spencer on 3/5/08

First of all I think Creflo Is a good Teacher of the word. I don support his ministry but its nothing wrong with tithing To him if you dont have a local church. The thing is the bible clearly states "bring ye all the tithes to the store house that there might be meat in mine houseand prove me now herewith saith the Lord of host ,if I will not open you the wondows of heaven and pour you out a blessing that there shall not be room enough to recieve it

Remeber what JESUS said "they hated me they will hate you" I hope you are not the one he is talking about being the one hating

Like another girl on here said He knows everyone including yourself better than you do so be carefull what you say about other people. One thing you have to realize is it take money to opperate on TV whether you are christian teacher or a tv show. Thats just the buisness end of it and seems to be the only thing "christians" that have problems with money seem to focus on! Only thing I ask you is to search the word for yourself and the truth will be open to you.
---Spencer on 3/5/08

Stop making alligations before you have searched the word yourself. I almost think most of the people making these statements have never READ THE BIBLE
---Spencer on 3/5/08

Creflo takes the stance of being rich from his preception of tithes claiming one cannot be blessed unless you send God loads of money (is he God). He was never rich but you can bet his sight was on the fact that he could become rich through this avenue. If there was no money in it for him he would'nt be preaching the prosperity Gospel. Read the scriptures and see what Christ did to people selling in the house of God and base your arguments on the outcome of selling in Gods house.

Off subject a little here: I do believe that God does want His people to prosper. Poverty is no fun. The common notion of Jesus' days on this earth was that if if you were rich God did it therefore you were saved. Jesus explained in scripture Matthew 19: 23-24, The human difficulty for the rich to be converted. Though not hopeless. The salvation of a rich sinner is just as miraculous as the salvation of a poor sinner. Both are only possible with God.
---catherine on 1/16/08

Do these Scriptures found in Matthew Chapter 19:23-24 "Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven."

"And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God."

I think Creflo Dollar is a powerful man of God who has found and seen God for who He really is.He lives the word as it is and in so doing He promotes biblical teachings of which the devil doesnt want us to understand so that he can keep us in bondage. We were meant to prosper and to be the head and not the tail.

Why can't we have pick-on questions about more famous preachers, instead of a black and a has-been and a couple of women? I believe that as mature Christians, we should bring our observed views to the front, so that others can either be warned or encouraged.
When it comes to Creflo, I think from listening to him, that he is one of the better black preachers on TV. I pay no attention to his financial appeals, but he does have a good way with explaining the Word.

What is all his talk about Creflo Dollar? Who's going to ensure you enter Heaven- God or man? Let God judge him on his works of faith, we need to focus on what is important. No matter how much you guys try to hide its clear to see that he is fake and you all know it. Theme ministries are never biblical. Teachings which spotlight prosperity don't declare the whole counsel of God.>
Carnal Christians find someone to tell them that to gain is godly..

another blog that promotes false teachings of men and NOT God. it is written Isaiah 45:13:"not for price nor reward?" oh that is the OT. ok how about the NT. 1 Peter 5:2 "Feed the flock of God which is among you. taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly, not for filty lucre, but of a ready mind." Everyone says, read the bible, unless it contradicts them. Then they ignore those verses or say they do not exist. I doubt this one gets posted.

Creflo Dollar is not only a preacher but an excellent author. Could some of the money he uses come from selling books and cds? Must it be that he is taking the churches money? With thousands of members at his church is he entitled to a salary equal to the amount of people and ministry he must oversee?
---David on 3/23/07

It's crazy for men and women of God to criticize leaders who are teaching the truth. I have heard Creflo Dollar teach and money isn't the only thing he preaches. It's funny how a strip club owner, a CEO of a company, or a record producer or rapper can live a certain lifestyle but it's wrong for a Man of God to live this way. Aren't we supposed to be the example. Also, it says in the word that a prophet is worthy of his reward.

Christian Science teaches that since God is all good and nothing that is real exists outside God, then sin, sickness, and death are mortal error or an illusion. Christ, as the Truth, came to set man free from these false beliefs by His teachings and example. (Science and Health, Christian Science.)

Metaphysical healing is taking on many forms in the world today.
What is commonly known as mind cure, or Christian Science, is one of the most familiar forms of metaphysical healing. It is not healing by remedies, but by mental force. It places knowledge and intellect, or the mind of man in the place of God. It is a system of false philosphy and a skeptical theology; a philsophy that is deceptive and misleading.
---Laura on 3/14/07

Trevor, have you ever listened to a Christian Scientist? It's difficult to tell the difference between a Word of Faith believer/Christian Scientist. It's so similar.
God the Holy Spirit: Christian Science denies that the Holy Spirit is a personal being. It teaches that the Holy Spirit is Christian Science, "This Comforter I understand to be Divine Science" .
---Laura on 3/14/07

Word of faith teachings came from the Christians science and Norman Vincent Peal. The like of Kenneth Hagin, coplenad and Dollar and the like have spread it and now its come back in the form of the teaching the secret, these things aren't biblical at all, yes God can and does bless people but they are not gurantees Creflo and copleland have denied the diety of Christ heresy, they teach christiansd are little gods Heresy, they teach you to focus on your material wealth and success rather then God Heresy
---Trevor on 3/14/07

Rev Dollar is a prosperity preacher and believes in money...period. Understood now!!! Please Lord forgive me if I am wrong but this is what I always hear coming from his teachings. Many persons spiritual journey is messed up because they are not rich(money). Jesus did not even have a place to lay His head. Everybody is not going to be rich in the kingdom of God. These preachers need to quit preaching this doctrine, so much. Focus more on getting people saved and baptised.

Creflo Dollar is a televangelist who we do not know a darn thing about. He claims to be a preacher and teacher of the Word of God. He is filthy rich, I'm sure, and has a mega church somewhere in Georgia. I think. Is he genuine? Is TD Jakes, J. Osteen and all the other superstars in the Kingdom, genuine? As for words we speak create, think about it, if you call someone stupid do they preform well in school? If you tell someone they are worthless do they have a good job? Lynet, get back in the game. This is just the tip of the iceberg (that are getting smaller). Take courage while we still have a voice. It may come down to no more religious freedoms. Embrace your chance to defend the faith. We can't let our feelings get hurt or be touchy. Participate before the time comes when doing so might mean your life. Being here has narrowed my thinking. Odd, religious programming I used to watch, I can't do it anymore. Some of it turns my stomach.

Not a false gospel. Jesus said, if they are not against us, they are for us, let them preach. He has spoken so much against fear and defeatism, and morality and family to the black community which is desperately needed. If prosperity pulls them in(get people out of the welfare mentality!) more can be included about how wealth blesses us to use it for God's Kingdom. That is where the power is. If we only think it is for ME then it doesn't hurt the devil at all, he fears wealth used for God!
---Greta on 7/25/06

I think that wealth would have been thought of in rather different terms, in Abraham's time, from how we view it these days. He had many servants and cattle etc. but more he had of both, the more he had to look after and feed and clothe. I suspect he had very little that he could keep just for himself. Wealthy televangelists come in a totally different category.
---M.P. on 6/9/06

I still haven't received a response to my post on Luke 18, lets debate! Abraham and Lot in Genesis were extremely wealthy, that the land they were in could not hold both of them at the same time and they had to split. We all know that Abraham walked with God, and talked with him every day. Ok, do you not then wonder why God never asked him to dispose of his wealth? I think he very well could have! But He didn't? Could it be, God was happy with the way things were??? Do respond!
